PROGRAM
The Politics Fraternity invites you to Rome for its spring international meeting in 2022!
We will talk about migration, fraternity and social friendship, the European divide and political trends in Italy.
- Who are those knocking at our doors?
- How does the foreigner shake up our national identities?
- How can this migration crisis undermine solidarity within the European Union?
- What does this call out to our Christian vision of man and of a common and universal brotherhood?
If questions related to migration cross all our European countries, Italy concentrates the tensions and the challenges in a very particular way. We are therefore going to the heart of this true laboratory of fraternity to confront ourselves with a reality that today divides our opinions and challenges our charity.
On the program, panels, visits, workshops, field actions, testimonies, spiritual resourcing, and… surprises!
DATES
From Friday, May 13, 2022 at 10:00 to Monday, May 16, 2022 at 15:00
The house can accommodate before or after depending on the availability of rooms (30€ for any extra night).
TRANSPORT
Address of the guest house: VIA ANGELO POLIZIANO, 38 – 00184 ROMA
- By train, Termini station is a 15-minute walk from the house. It therefore gives the opportunity to take a first walk in Rome!
- By bus, you will probably arrive at Tiburtina station. It’s 20 minutes by metro from the house.

- In carpooling, we propose to gather information on requests and offers to help you organize yourself.
Please note, the Community house does not have private parking, which means that parking will have to be paid for (about €25 per day, cost to be shared between carpoolers).

FINANCES
According to personal circumstances, participants are invited to contribute to the cost within a range of:
- €100-€140 per student,
- €120-€160 per young professional
The house charges 30€ for any extra night.
Money shouldn’t be a hindrance – Contact us if you have some difficulties.
